How It Works

All properties require professionally cleaning before and after every occupancy. Charges apply to owners and guests as outlined below.

Property owners are charged for pre-lease cleaning before a property is made available for occupancy.

Tenants and guests are charged for post-occupancy cleaning at the conclusion of their stay or lease term.

Cleaning charges cannot be waived or replaced by self-cleaning or hired cleaning. This policy ensures every property is maintained to a consistent professional quality and liability standard.
