How It Works

All properties require professionally cleaning before and after every occupancy. Charges apply to owners and guests as outlined below.

Property owners are charged for pre-lease cleaning before a property is made available for occupancy.

Tenants and guests are charged for post-occupancy cleaning at the conclusion of their stay or lease term.

Cleaning charges cannot be waived or replaced by self-cleaning or hired cleaning. This policy ensures every property is maintained to a consistent professional quality and liability standard.

Pricing is cumulative and represents the minimum charges based on average property condition. A minimum charge of $150 applies to Touch-Up cleaning and $250 applies to Departure cleaning. Additional charges may apply for excessive dirt, pet hair, smoke residue, heavy grease, hard water staining, neglected properties, or other conditions requiring additional labor.

Outdoor Lanai or Screened Enclosure $50 Remove cobwebs from outdoor living areas, walls, ceiling corners, and floor corners. Scrub and rinse outdoor surfaces and outdoor flooring.
Outdoor Kitchen or Grill $50 Clean the outdoor kitchen and outdoor grill.
Garage $50 Sweep and mop garage flooring. Remove cobwebs from walls, ceiling corners, floor corners, and door tracks.
Carpet Steam Cleaning As Quoted Professional steam cleaning of carpeted areas. Pricing varies based on the size and condition of the carpeted surfaces.

 

Deep cleaning add-ons are optional services and are not included with standard Touch-Up or Departure cleaning. Pricing shown represents the minimum charge. Additional charges may apply based on the property's size, condition, accessibility, and labor required. Carpet steam cleaning is priced as quoted.
