HOA Rental Guidelines
Calusa Country Club requires a 30-day minimum lease term for all properties. A membership transfer application and transfer fee must be submitted prior to the start of a lease or reservation. The association has historically been accommodating in time-sensitive situations, but advance coordination is strongly recommended.
The community is gated, and the HOA office issues vehicle transponders for access. One transponder is included in the membership transfer fee, and additional transponders may be purchased. Pets are permitted for renters.

Membership transfers are available and are an important component of rental performance within the community. Tenants may transfer full golf membership privileges for the duration of their lease by paying a one-time transfer fee. This provides access to the golf course as well as the broader amenity package, including the fitness center, pool, dining venues, and other community facilities.
Because all residences carry golf membership, this structure simplifies seasonal pricing and positioning compared to communities with mixed membership designations.
